History

SEVEROFRUKT, joint stock company, was founded as a successor of the original joint venture set up farming in 1971. The joint holding engaged in purchase and processing of fruits and vegetables, but also cultivated for its own extensive grounds and glasshouses. Company was recently incorporated, the Regional Court in Usti nad Labem was registered on January 7, 1993 (in section B, insert 373). After restructuring in 2008 and 2009, when it became part of the holding, the company focused on three main product groups, production of dried vegetables and fruits, fruit concentrates, and new production sterilized vegetables. The volume of the third group of products is constantly increasing.
